6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies only as necessary to operate and secure the site (for example, basic functionality, performance, and spam protection). We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies on this site at this time.

Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control

We do not track users across third-party websites and we do not run cross-site behavioral advertising on this site. Because of that, we do not respond to browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals. We are configured to honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal sent by supported browsers.

Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection)

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA (v2/v3) to prevent spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA analyzes technical data such as device/browser information, IP address, date/time, referrer URL, and mouse/keyboard actions, and may set cookies. This processing is used solely to distinguish human visitors from bots and to secure our site. The service is provided by Google LLC. If you block reCAPTCHA, our forms may not work. 7. Text Messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and choose to receive text messages when booking or signing a waiver, Tee & Timber (Chea Enterprises LLC) uses that number to send you booking confirmations, reminders before your reservation, and updates about your place in the Lucky Putt line. Promotional texts (occasional offers, no more than 4 a month) are sent only to guests who gave a separate opt-in by ticking the separate offers box; agreeing to texts about your visit does not cover promotional texts. We keep a record of your consent: the phone number, the date and time, the page it was given on, and the exact wording you agreed to.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in Section 3 of this policy, including service providers, legal requirements and business transfers; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We share your mobile number only with the messaging provider that delivers the texts on our behalf, and only for that purpose. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the effective date.
