Membership Details & Terms
1. Membership Benefits — General
All memberships are individual and non-transferable. Benefits and discounts apply only to the named member and cannot be shared with or applied to other guests in the same reservation. The member must be present and participating to receive benefits. One member-discount seat applies per booking. Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers unless specifically stated — where a promotion is better, the member automatically receives the better price, never both. Benefits have no cash value. Staff may ask to see your member page or ID when applying member benefits.
2. The Memberships
Legacy Membership — $199 once. Available only to guests who visited Tee & Timber before August 29, 2026, verified automatically by the email used to book or sign a waiver. Limited to 50 memberships. Benefits, for life: Unlimited Mini Golf, 50% off Axe Throwing, 50% off Krazy Darts, member events access, and the member swag pack. One payment; no monthly or annual renewal fee, ever.
Founding Membership — $199 per year. Open to everyone; limited to 100 memberships, available until all are claimed. Benefits: Unlimited Mini Golf, 50% off Axe Throwing, 50% off Krazy Darts, member events access, and the member swag pack. Renews automatically every 12 months at your locked annual rate (see §7).
Tee & Timber Club — $35 per month. Open to everyone, year-round. Benefits: Unlimited Mini Golf, 15% off Axe Throwing, 15% off Krazy Darts, member-only specials, member events access, and the member swag pack. 3-month minimum commitment ($105 minimum total); month-to-month after the commitment (see §7).
3. Unlimited Mini Golf
Unlimited Mini Golf covers the named member only. One active round is permitted at a time. Additional rounds may be played subject to course availability. Membership does not provide reservation priority, line-skipping, or guaranteed availability. Benefits cannot be transferred to another guest.
4. Combos
On golf-inclusive packages (Full Swing, Perfect Round), a member's seat is priced as the discounted axe or darts portion at their tier's discount, with mini golf included with membership. Other guests in the party pay the normal package price.
5. Member Events & Deals
All members receive access to member-only special events and deals, and early access to event tickets and sign-ups. Event access is subject to capacity and any posted event-specific rules.
6. Member Swag Pack
New memberships include a one-time swag pack: a Tee & Timber shirt, branded glassware and a sticker pack, picked up at the venue — shirt size chosen at pickup. One per member; not repeated on renewals; no cash value; while supplies last, substitutions of equal value may apply.
7. Renewals, Billing & Cancellation
Founding. Your Founding Membership renews automatically every 12 months at $199 per year, plus any applicable online processing fee, charged to the payment method on file. Your annual Founding rate remains locked in as long as your membership stays continuously active. You may turn off automatic renewal at any time from your member page; your benefits remain active through the end of your current paid membership year. Once a Founding Membership is canceled and fully expires, the Founding tier cannot be rejoined without ownership approval.
Tee & Timber Club. Club Membership is $35 per month with a 3-month minimum commitment ($105 minimum total). You will be charged $35 each month during the initial three-month commitment, plus any applicable online processing fee. If you cancel during the initial commitment period, any remaining committed monthly payments will still be due and your benefits will remain active through the end of your third paid month. After the initial three months, your membership continues month-to-month until canceled. You may turn off automatic renewal from your member page and will keep your benefits through the end of your final paid month.
Legacy. One-time payment; nothing renews and nothing further is ever charged.
Failed payments. If a renewal charge fails, we retry over the following days and email you a link to update your card; benefits stay active during retries. If payment cannot be collected, the membership lapses.
Granted memberships without a payment method on file: ask at the venue about renewal.
8. Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Turning off renewal stops future charges; it does not refund past ones.
9. Blackout Dates & Private Events
Membership benefits — including unlimited mini golf, discounts, and event access — do not apply during blackout dates or during private events and full or partial venue buyouts, when some or all activities may be unavailable to the public. Blackout dates and private-event closures will be posted in advance whenever practicable. Memberships are not paused, extended, or refunded for blackout dates or private events.
10. Activity Availability & Discontinued Activities
All membership benefits apply for as long as Tee & Timber Fremont continues to offer the applicable activity; if an activity is discontinued, the benefit ends with it.
For Legacy and Founding memberships: because these memberships include lifetime or rate-locked benefits, if a core activity tied to your membership is permanently discontinued, Tee & Timber may, at its sole discretion, offer a substitute benefit of comparable value. A substitute is not guaranteed, and the discontinuation of an activity does not entitle a member to a refund, proration, or cash value. Founding members may always turn off renewal from their member page and keep benefits through the end of their paid year.
Venue hours, activity availability, and event schedules may change; changes are not a suspension of membership.
11. Conduct & Revocation
All members must follow venue rules and staff instructions, including safety rules for axe throwing and darts and responsible-service rules at the bar. Tee & Timber may suspend or revoke a membership without refund for violations of venue rules, unsafe behavior, abuse of benefits (including sharing benefits with non-members), or payment disputes and chargebacks on membership fees.
12. Waivers, Age & Safety
Membership does not replace the signed liability waiver required for activities, and does not override age or safety restrictions for any activity or for alcohol service. Membership purchasers must be 18 or older.
13. Pricing, Taxes & Fees
Prices and terms for newly sold memberships may change at any time. Your own recurring rate is the rate you signed up at, per your membership's renewal terms. Prices exclude applicable taxes and the online processing fee shown at checkout, where applicable.
14. Notices
By purchasing, you agree to receive membership emails — receipts, renewal reminders, and account notices — at the email on your membership.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms for future purchases and renewals; material changes affecting an active membership will be notified by email before they take effect.
